摘 要:将所制备的PER-APP-LDHs、MgAl-LDHs分别与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混制备阻燃复合材料;采用极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧测试(UL-94)、拉伸实验、弯曲实验及缺口冲击等方法研究了MgAl-LDHs与PER-APP-LDHs的添加量对阻燃复合材料的阻燃及力学性能影响。结果表明,当PER-APP-LDHs添加量为40wt%和50wt%可使阻燃复合材料分别达到UL-94垂直燃烧测试的V-0或V-1级别。相同的阻燃剂添加量下,PER-APP-LDHs/PP较MgAl-LDHs/PP复合材料表现出更好的阻燃性能,且PER-APP-LDHs/PP复合材料的力学性能相对较优。The prepared PER-APP-LDHs and MgA1-LDHs were compounded with polypropylene (PP) to synthesize flame retardant composites, respectively. The UL-94 vertical burning test, limiting oxygen index (LOI) and tensile, flexural and notch impact test were used to investigate the influences of PER- APP-LDHs and MgA1-LDHs addition on the fire retardancy and mechanical properties of flame retardant composites. The results reveal that the composites achieve V-1 and V-0 level of UL-94 vertical burning test standard, when the addition of PER-APP-LDHs was 40 wt% and 50 wt%, respectively. Additionally, PER-APP-LDHs/PP composites exhibit better fire reatrdancy and mechanical properties than that of MgA1-LDHs/PP under the same addition of flame retardant.
