生态政治建设理论体系建构刍议

摘　　要：本文尝试建构生态政治建设理论体系。生态政治建设是指一个政治共同体中的生态政治主体作用于生态问题的一种能动而系统的生态政治治理行为。生态政治主体是指以其存在或者行动处于政治生活或政治关系中的个人、群体或者政治结构,他们以生态政治价值观作为生态认知和行为导向。生态政治价值观不仅以人与自然和谐统一的生态观为基本内涵,而且将在民主观、法治观、公正观、权利观等生态面相上得到拓展。生态问题自然成为生态政治客体,进而成为一个政治问题。生态政治治理行为主要包括:生态政治主体与社会结构的互动;生态政治权力主体的生态政治管理;生态社会政治主体的生态政治参与。由于生态政治主体的能动性和生态政治治理基于责任和回应的善治目的,以生态政治建设的反馈行为为旨归,从而构成生态政治反馈,形成一个生态政治建设的系统回路。This paper makes an attempt on the theoretical system construction of ecological political construction.Ecological political construction is generalized as an ecological political governance behavior exerted by ecological political subject acting on ecological problems under a political community.Ecological political governance behavior mainly includes：interaction of ecological political subject and social structure; ecological political management of ecological political subject; ecological political participation of ecological social political subject.Meanwhile,the initiative of ecological political subject and the feedback behavior of good governance purpose of ecological political governance based on responsibility and response oriented at ecological political development constitute the ecological political feedback,and as a result,ecological political development forms a system loop.
