摘　　要：安德烈·高兹认为,非物质劳动将导致资本主义私有制的崩溃,但并不危及资本的存在。他在非物质劳动中发掘了资本运作的规律及其创造的独特价值,并在此基础上对非物质劳动的生态意蕴及其解放潜能进行了有益的探讨,强调以知识经济为突破口、以非物质劳动为契机、以主体自我生产为过程来解决资本主义生态危机,实现资本的良性运转。André Gorz considered that the immaterial labor would lead to the collapse of the private ownership of capitalism,but not endanger the capital.He unearthed the capital operation law and the unique value created in the immaterial labor,and carried on the beneficial discussion on this ecological implication and liberating potential of the immaterial labor,emphasized that we could take the knowledge economy as a breakthrough point,the immaterial labor as an opportunity,the subject production as process to solve the ecological crisis of capitalism and realize the benign operation of the capital.
