摘　　要：本文利用新译出的资料对西夏时期的45个寺院名称进行了译释,认为西夏时期的寺院主要有官寺及家寺,家寺主要有皇家寺院及高僧大德所设立的私家寺院,官寺主要为帝王或国家举办全国性佛事活动佛教法会,西夏时期的官寺享有特权,并且规模浩大。In this paper,45 monasteries＇ names in Tangut dynasty are translated and interpreted with the help of new materials.Those monasteries mainly fall into two categories：the official temple and the private temple.The private temple includes the royal temple and private temple established by senior monks,while the official temple is used to conduct national Buddhist activities or national Buddhist puja.The official temple enjoys high privilege and vast scale.
