中医拔罐辅助治疗小儿哮喘发作期的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医拔罐护理辅助治疗小儿小哮喘发作期的临床效果。方法选择2013年5月—2014年4月小儿哮喘发作期患儿98例，将其按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例，对照组采用中西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用中医拔罐护理，两组患儿均连续治疗6d。比较两组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、哮鸣音消失时间以及不良反应。结果观察组患儿临床控制19例，显效16例，有效12例，无效3例，优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z=4．683，P〈0．05）。两组患儿治疗前中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后观察组为（5．18±2．35）分，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=7．500，P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组患儿哮鸣音消失时间为（3．79±0．48）d，短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=20．710，P〈0．05）。两组患儿在治疗中及治疗后均未出现不良反应。结论中医拔罐护理辅助治疗小儿哮喘发作期能够有效改善患儿临床症状，缩短患儿哮鸣音消失时间。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clinical auxiliary Chinese medicine cupping on the stage of pediatric asthma attack. Methods From May 2013 to April 2014, 98 eases of pediatric asthma in the stage of attack were selected and divided into the observation group （50 cases） and the control group （48 cases）. The control group was treated by western medicine, while the observation group was given the Chinese medicine cupping. The two groups were treated for 6 days. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome integral, wheeze disappeared time and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 19 cases were controlled, 16 cases had excellent effect, 12 cases were effective and 3 cases had no effect, which were significantly better than those of the control group （ Z = 4. 683, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference of TCM syndromes before the treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the score of TCM syndromes of the observation group was （5.18 ±2.35） ,which was significantly better than that of the control group （t = 7. 500, P 〈 0.05）. The average wheeze disappeared time of the observation group was （ 3.79 ± 0.48 ） days, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group （t =20. 710, P 〈0. 05）. There was no adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusions Nursing auxiliary of the traditional Chinese medicine cupping can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and symptoms, and shorten the disappearance time of wheezing.
