天津市北辰区社区老年人腰围及向心性肥胖流行趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 分析2011-2013年天津市北辰区社区老年人腰围平均水平,超重、肥胖及向心性肥胖检出率的变化情况。方法 利用2011-2013年天津市北辰区果园新村街及双街镇≥60岁社区居民的体检资料进行统计分析。结果 该社区老年人3年间向心性肥胖的检出率最高,其次为超重及肥胖。超重的标化检出率呈逐年降低趋势（χ2趋势=7.99,P=0.005）;肥胖的标化检出率于2012年有所下降,于2013年呈大幅度提高（χ2=186.39,P〈0.001）;向心性肥胖的标化检出率呈逐年上升趋势（χ2趋势=28.84,P〈0.001）。2011-2013年男性腰围平均水平均高于女性,男性向心性肥胖的标化检出率均低于女性（均有P〈0.05）;3年间各年龄组人群的腰围平均水平均有所增长,60～岁年龄组增长幅度最大。各年龄组人群向心性肥胖的标化检出率随着年龄的增加呈现先升后降的趋势（均有P〈0.05）,于65～岁年龄组达到最大值。结论 3年间天津市北辰区社区老年人的腰围平均水平、肥胖以及向心性肥胖的检出率升高,因此应加强老年人群肥胖的防制工作,降低相关慢性疾病的发生率,提高老年人群的生活质量。Objective To analyze the changes of the waist circumference and the detection rate of overweight, o- besity and abdominal obesity among the community elderly in Beichen district in Tianjin during 2011 -2013. Methods Statistical analysis was performed using the medical examination data from the community residents aged ≥60 years in the Guoyuan Xincun Street and Shuangjie Town of Beichen District. Results The detection rate of abdominal obesity was higher than that of overweight and obesity among the community elderly during the three years. The standardized detection rate of overweight decreased year by year （ χ2trend = 7.99, P = 0. 005 ） ; the standardized detection rate of obesity fell in 2012, then increased significantly in 2013 （χ 2= 186. 39, P 〈 0. 001 ） ; the standardized detection rate of abdominal obesity 2 increased year by year （ χ2trend = 28. 84, P 〈 0. 001 ）. The waist circumference in male was higher than in female （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the standardized detection rate of abdominal obesity in male was lower than in female （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The waist circumference increased gradually during 2011 -2013 in each age group, with the largest increase at 60- age group. The standardized detection rate of abdominal obesity increased and then declined with age （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , reaching the maximum at 65- age group. Conclusions The waist circumference and the detection rate of obesity and abdominal obesity in- creased significantly among the community elderly in Beichen district in Tianjin during the past three years. Thus, prevention of obesity in the elderly should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of related chronic disease and improve the llfe quality for the elderly.
