摘　　要：分析了流量阀值提醒短信下发的主要流程及存在的话单生成或采集不及时、离线话单占比高导致提醒时延偏大等相关问题,从监控、系统处理等方面提出了一些优化措施。This paper analyzes the process of threshold remind short message on mobile data flow service in the business operation support system （namely BOSS）. It easily causes system untimely collects CDR. Offline CDRs have accounted to 38%. Therefore, threshold remind short message is delayed for long time. Some optimization schemes are proposed in this paper. It monitors abnormal situation such as network connectivity, CDR generating with delay or abnormity in the device and so on.
