摘　　要：阐述了基于家庭医生制度的社区公共卫生中心建设运行机制框架,并以上海市闵行区华漕社区为例,对社区公共卫生中心运行机制进行实践及效果分析,为进一步完善和发展社区公共卫生服务提供依据,也为家庭医生制度建设提供参考。It summarized framework of the community public health center construction and operation mechanism based on the house- hold doctor system, Taking Huacao community of Minhang District in Shanghai as example, the community center for public health practice and effect analysis of the operating mechanism, provide basis for further improvement and development of community public health services also provide references for the family doctor system.
