摘 要:以45 m带式输送机的桥式机架为研究对象,以有限元理论为基础,首先通过查找输送机械设计手册确定设计参数和相应的载荷,然后利用计算机虚拟仿真技术,在Ansys环境下对机架结构进行三维建模、加载并进行有限元分析,包括结构静力学、动力学分析和模态分析。这种设计方法简化了设计过程,降低了设计成本,为带式输送机的设计提供了理论依据。With the bridge-type rack of the 45 m-beh conveyer as a study object, the finite element theory as the foun- dation, the design parameters and corresponding loads are determined according to the conveyer design manual; finite ele- ment analysis is performed for the rack structure in Ansys in respect to 3d modeling and loading in virtue of the computer virtue simulation technology, including structural statics, kinetic analysis, and modal analysis. The design method Simpli- fies the design process, reduces the design cost, and provides theoretic basis for design of the belt conveyer.
