摘 要:为了得到径向滑动轴承动压油膜的油膜承载力计算公式,基于纳维-斯托克斯公式,忽略一些微小变量,简化得到雷诺方程,然后通过对雷诺方程积分,整理得到在笛卡尔坐标系下滑动轴承油膜承载力的基本计算公式;再对该基本计算公式进行坐标转换,得到极坐标系下的油膜轴承承载力计算公式。采用滑动轴承试验台对某型滑动轴承进行试验,对比分析试验结果与理论分析结果,验证了理论分析过程的正确性。In order to obtain the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the oil film for journal bearing, the Navier-Stokes equa- tions was simplified to get Reynolds equation ignoring some minor variables in this article. The formula of the bearing capacity of the oil film for journal bearing in Cartesian coordinates was obtained through integration of the Reynolds equation. The calculation for- mula of the bearing capacity of the oil film in polar coordinate was obtained through coordinate transformation on above formula. The test values of the bearing capacity of the oil film for journal bearing were obtained on test bench for journal bearing, and then were compared with that calculated by theoretical formula. The results verify the validity of the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the oil film for journal bearing, which has important directive significance to the engineering applications of journal bearings.
