低速重载下齿根弯曲强度有限元分析

摘  要:节能型起重永磁铁转轴采用齿轮齿条传动,考虑到其在低速重载工况下的主要失效形式为轮齿的折断,因此建立齿轮的三维有限元模型,并采用经典有限元软件ANSYS对其进行齿根弯曲强度的有限元分析,获得了轮齿啮合过程中不同时刻的最大弯曲应力与变形值。仿真结果表明:单个轮齿的齿根弯曲应力值与变形值随着啮合过程基本呈抛物线规律变化,其中在接近齿顶部位啮合时齿根弯曲应力最大。The energy-saving permanent-magnet shaft of lifting machine is transmitted by rack and pinion. Tile main failure mode of gear is that the tooth is broken. Therefore, the three-dirnensional finite element model of .gear is built. The tooth root bending strength is calculated by using classical FEM software ANSYS in order to get the maximum bending stress and deformation in the en- gagement process. The simulation results show that the tooth root bending strength and deformation of individual tooth changes in accordance with the law of parabola. When the gears engage at the top of tooth, tile maximum tooth root bending strength occurs. The paper provides an important reference for design and check of gear mechanism under low speed and heavy load.
