摘 要:矿石运搬工艺系统的连续性、经济性是矿山技术管理的重要内容。基于大新锰矿西北采场重叠矿体开采现状,分析了现有矿石运搬工艺系统存在的问题,并在初选方案的基础上确定了4种运搬工艺优化方案。通过对优化方案的技术经济和系统性比较分析,综合确定出下盘脉外运输巷道b方案(Ⅰ矿与Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿采用瀑布式共用溜井)为最优的运搬工艺系统方案。最优方案具备的优点:减少了Ⅰ矿的电耙级数,提高了出矿效率;整合了Ⅰ矿和Ⅱ、Ⅲ矿溜井结构,体现了出矿结构布置的系统性;降低了生产成本,增大了矿石回采率,经济上实现了最优。研究成果可为类似多层缓倾斜薄矿体开采矿石运搬工艺系统设计提供技术参考。The continuity and economy of ore hauling process system is the important content of mine technological man-agement. Based on the exploitation status of overlapped ore body in northwest stopes under Daxin Manganese Mine, the prob-lems existing in the available ore hauling process system were analyzed. Furthermore ,four types of hauling process optimizationschemes were determined on the basis of primary selection. By systematically analyzing the technical economy of optimizationschemes,the optimal hauling process scheme b ( Ⅰ and Ⅱ, Ⅲ orebody with waterfall shared chute) was synthetically deter-mined. The optimal scheme owns the advantages as following;reduce the scraper series of Ⅰ orebody and improve the efficien-cy of ore drawing;Integrate the shaft structure of v , Ⅱ and Ⅲ orebody and embody the systematization of ore drawing struc-ture arrangement;Reduce the production cost, increase the ore recovery rate and realize the maximum economy. Research re-sults can provide technical references for the design of ore hauling process system in mining of similar multi-layer, gently in-clined and thin orebody.
