摘 要:在pH 3的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,镉(Ⅱ)离子能够与碘化钾、吖啶橙形成三元离子缔合物[AO]2[CdI4],当表面活性剂聚乙烯醇存在时其共振散射光谱大大增强。实验发现,该体系的共振瑞利散射(RRS)光谱、二级散射(SOS)光谱及倍频散射(FDS)光谱的散射波长分别位于335nm(RRS)、668nm(SOS)及338nm(FDS)处。在优化的实验条件下,光谱信号增强值(ΔI)与镉(Ⅱ)离子浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.38μg/L(RRS)、0.25μg/L(SOS)和0.36μg/L(FDS)。结合巯基棉分离技术,将建立的方法用于环境水样中Cd2+的检测,回收率在95.1%~107.7%之间,样品分析结果的相对标准偏差在0.6%~2.3%之间。对该体系共振散射增强原因及反应机理进行了探讨。Cadmium(Ⅱ) could react with potassium iodide and acridine orange to form a ternary ionic associa- tion complex [AO]2[CdI4-] in HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 3. The resonance light-scattering spectral intensity of the association complex could be greatly enhanced in presence of surfactant polyvinyl alcohol. The experimental results indicated that the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) spectrum, the second-order scattering (SOS) spectrum and frequency-doubling scattering (FDS) spectrum of this system was located at 335 nm (RRS), 668 nm (SOS) and 338 nm (FDS), respectively. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the enhancement of spectral signal (△I) showed good linearity to the concentration of cadmium (Ⅱ) in certain range. The detection limit was 0.38 μg/L (RRS), 0.25 μg/L (SOS) and 0.36 μg/L (FDS), respectively. The established method was applied to the detection of Cd^2+ in environmental water samples by the combination with sulfhydryl cotton separation technology. The recoveries were between 95.1% and 107.7%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.6%-2.3%. In addition, the reasons for the resonance scattering enhancement of this system and the reaction mechanism were discussed.
