奥瑞姆自护模式在大面积烧伤患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥瑞姆自护模式在大面积烧伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2010年1月-2014年11月在笔者所在科住院的40例大面积烧伤患者,根据入院日期分试验组和对照组。试验组运用奥瑞姆自护模式进行护理;对照组给予传统的烧伤护理常规模式进行护理,出院后1个月,比较两组患者的相关知识掌握情况、生活自理能力及护理工作满意度。结果:观察组对相关知识掌握情况、生活自理评分及护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:奥瑞姆自护模式运用在大面积烧伤患者中,能有效提高患者的日常生活自理能力和生活质量,同时大大提高患者对护理质量的综合满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model on the care of large area burn patients.Method：From January 2010 to November 2014,40 cases of major burn patients admitted in our hospital were divide randomly into the experimental group and the control group according to the admission date.Orem self-care model was employed for nursing in the experimental group.Whereas,the control group was received traditional model of burn care routine.One month after discharge,related knowledge,living skills and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：The related knowledge,living skills and nursing satisfaction score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Orem self-care model used in patients with large area burn can effectively improve the daily living skills and quality of life,concurrently, improve overall patient satisfaction to care quality,and is worthy of promotion and application.
