摘 要:将表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-enhanced raman scattering,SERS)技术与乘子效应模型结合,采用2-巯基异烟酸作为内标,以银纳米颗粒为SERS增强基底,对血浆和药片样本中甲巯咪唑的进行准确的定量分析。实验结果表明,本方法对血浆样本中甲巯咪唑的平均相对预测误差为5.1%,检出限为32 nmol/L;对药片中甲巯咪唑的定量结果与LC-MS/MS方法基本一致,其加标回收率在93.3%~110.9%之间。The surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technique in combination with multiplicative effects model (MEMSERS) was applied to the quantification of methimazole in plasma and tablet samples. Experimental results showed tfiat by using g-mercapto-isonieotinic acid as internal standard and nanosilver particles as enhanced substrate, the MEMSERS model can be applied to the accurate quantitative determination of methimazole in plasma and tablet samples. The average relative predictive error for the determination of methimazole in plasma samples was 5.1%. The recovery rates of MEMSERS for methimazole in tablet samples were in the range of 93.3% -110.9% , comparable to the corresponding values of LC-MS/ MS experiments. The limit of detection was estimated to be 32 nmol/L.
