摘　　要："现代性孕育着稳定,而现代化过程却滋生着动乱"。社会组织发育作为现代化进程中的一个子系统,必然存在着同样的桎梏——社会组织有利于社会稳定,而社会组织发育过程却引发各种利益冲突,甚至导致利益冲突扩大化,造成社会的不稳定。就当前我国农村社会组织来看,其一方面实现了农民的组织化参与、管理、服务、维权,整合了农民利益,规约了农民行为,满足了农民需求,维护了农民权益,成为农村社会稳定建设的重要一环;但另一方面,在其发展发育过程中,却潜含着弱化村庄权威、扩大利益冲突、抢占村庄资源和引发群体事件等集体失范风险,严重危及到农村社会的和谐稳定。'Modernity breeds stability,but modernization process produces unrest. 'The same shackle inevitably exists in the growth of social organization as a subsystem in the modernization process – social organization is conducive to social stability but its growth process has triggered various conflicts of interest and even led to expansion of conflicts of interest,thus causing social instability. As far as China's current rural social organization is concerned,on the one hand,it has achieved the peasants' organized participation,management,service,maintaining rights and interest,integrated the peasants' interests,normalized the peasants' behavior,satisfied the peasants' needs,safeguarded the peasants' rights and interests and become an important part in the construction of rural social stability; but on the other hand,in the process of its growth and development,there are hidden risks of weakening the village authority,expanding the conflicts of interests,scrambling for village resources and other collective anomies,which will seriously endanger the harmony and stability of rural society.
