摘 要:根据宜昌含钾中低品位磷矿的性质,以碳酸钠作为调整剂、水玻璃作为抑制剂、TSM-46作为捕收剂,采用一次粗选一次精选一次扫选中矿循序返回的闭路工艺流程,从原矿P2O5品位21.36%、K2O品位4.70%,获得磷精矿品位29.85%、回收率93.28%,钾精矿品位9.41%、回收率74.71%的浮选指标。粒度筛析试验表明,原矿中P2O5、K2O主要分布在中间粒级-74+46μm,浮选后得到的磷精矿中P2O5、K2O也多分布在中间粒级-74+46μm,浮选后得到的钾精矿中P2O5、K2O多分布在细粒级-29μm。According to the properties of Yichang mid-low-grade potassium bearing phosphate ore, experiments were conducted by a closed circuit flotation process of one roughing, one cleaning, one scavenging and middling sequential return with sodium carbon- ate as regulator, sodium silicate as depressor and TSM-46 as col- lector. The concentrates of P2O5 29.85% and K20 4.70% with recovery of 93.28% and 9.41% were produced from the raw ore with P2O5 21.36% and K20 4. 7%. The grain-size screen tests showed that P2 O5 and K2O in the raw ore are mainly distributed in the middle size fractions of -74±46μm and P2O5 and K2O in the phosphate concentrate produced by flotation are also distributed in the middle size fractions of -74±46 μm, and P2O5 and K2O in the potash concentrate produced by flotation are distributed in fine fractions of -29 μm.
