摘　　要：随着城市发展的不断加速,无证无照经营的监管是当今城市管理当中的一个热点难题。在城市管理信息化的发展进程中,开发研究无证无照监管系统是具有相当大的意义与价值。本文根据查处无证无照经营单位的具体工作出发,了解该项工作面临的实际问题,深入研究其实际需求,采用B/S体系结构,以无证无照经营单位的监督管理为主要功能,实现一款基于.NET的无证无照监管系统。With the acceleration of urban development, regulatory undocumented unlicensed operation among today＇s urban management is a hot problem. In urban management information development process, research and development undocu- mented regulatory system has considerable significance and value. This article undocumented work units operating according to investigate specific starting to understand the real problems facing this work, in-depth study of their actual needs, the use of B / S architecture, supervision and management operations to undocumented units as the main feature, achieve one based on. NET undocumented regulatory system.
