摘 要:通过分析副驾座椅压力报警传感器的报警异常,对影响汽车安全带压力传感器报警的各因素进行了研究。改变传感器本身的电阻参数进行实际产品实验验证,确定电阻与压力的之间变化关系;检测了与传感器直接接触的坐垫、海绵以及面套束紧度对传感器导通压力的影响。结果表明;电阻、坐垫海绵对导通压力的影响极大,会导致安全报警系统失效;面套的松紧对传感器也有一定的影响。其结论将对优化压力传感器报警系统有一定的指导意义。Through the analysis of the copilot seat pressure alarm of abnormal conditions, the factors affecting the pressure alarm sensor of automobile safety belt are studied. By changing the resistance parameter of sensor, the actual product experi- mental validation is tested and verified to determine the relationship between the resistance and the change of pressure; effect of cushion, sponge and fastening degree of surface cover on sensor conducting pressure are detected. The results show that; resistance, cushion sponge has great effects on the conducting pressure, which will cause the security alarm system failure; surface cover tightness had also great effect on the sensor. The conclusion will be help for the optimization of pressure sensor alarm system.
