摘 要:简叙了氟气的性质及其制备方法,介绍了氟气在含氟无机材料、含氟精细化学品、含氟聚合物材料及半导体领域应用,分析了氟气及其在下游产品的应用趋势。认为随着对氟气安全性不断认知和掌控,用氟气氟化将成为氟化工艺中重要方法,在稳定无机氟化试剂制备、含氟有机化合物高效制备、新能源用氟化石墨制备和作为半导体清洁气体等方面发挥重要作用。This review summarized the properties and preparation methods of the fluorine gas and introduced the applications of fluorine gas in fluorinated inorganic material, fluorinated fine chemicals, fluorinated polymer materials and semiconductor field;analyzed the fluorine gas and its application trend in downstream products. Fluorine gas will become an important method in fluorination with the safety cognition and control of fluorine gas, constantly. Fluoride gas will be used for the preparation of stable inorganic fluorinated reagent, fluorinated organic chemicals, and fluorinated graphite which used in new energy field. Fluoride gas will also pay important role on the application as cleaning agent in semiconductor field.
