摘　　要：介绍了丙烯酸装置开车过程中出现的废物焚烧炉产生爆鸣情况,从工艺操作和日常管理方面入手,深入剖析产生爆鸣的原因;提出了预防措施,要强化操作前的安全管理和危险源识别,强化过程安全管理,以吸取经验教训,避免在以后的开车过程中出现类似事故。This article introduced the situation that explosion whistle in waste incinerator during acrylic acid device load-up process.And from two aspects of technological operation and daily management, we can deeply analyzed the reason of explosion whistle, and proposed the prevention measures for the problem, such as strengthen the safety management and hazard identification before operation, strengthening the safety management of process, so as to draw experiences and lessons and avoid similar accident appeared in the process of driving in the future.
