摘　　要：分析了双加压法硝酸生产中铵盐形成的原因及危害,提出了从源头预防铵盐形成的措施;介绍了清除铵盐的喷蒸汽和喷水原理,阐述了喷蒸汽和喷水清除氧化氮压缩机铵盐、喷水清除氧化氮分离器铵盐以及喷水清除低压水反应冷却器铵盐的具体方法和注意事项。实际使用情况表明,综合使用喷蒸汽、喷水2种方法,在开停车时和正常生产过程中,可以很好地清除铵盐,Analyzed the formation cause and hazards of ammonium salt in dual- pressure nitric acid production, and proposedprevention measures from source; introduced the principle of ammonium salt removing by steam and water spray, expounded specific methods and matters needing attention of removing ammonium salt in nitrogen oxide compressor by steam and water spay, removing ammonium salt in nitrogen oxide separator by water spay, and removing ammonium salt in low pressure water cooler by water spay.Practical use showed that integrated using of steam and water spray methods could remove ammonium salt well in process of openparking and normal production.
