摘　　要：电能表现场校验仪已经是目前市场上比较成熟的产品,应用场合也就是各个变电站和各供电部门。而这些部门除了需要使用电能表现场校验仪校验电能表的误差外,还需要一款仪器对PT的二次压降进行测量,两外还需要测量PT和CT的二次负荷。而这些功能是传统的现场校验仪没有的,需要购买专用的PT二次压降仪进行测量。这里设计一款将电能表现场校验仪和PT二次压降仪合二为一的仪器,既能节省社会资源,又能简化供电部门工作人员的工作环节,提高工作效率。具有十分重要的社会意义和经济价值。经实践证明,电能表及PT二次压降综合测试仪的设计是实际可行的,且得到了用户的认可。Electric energy meter field calibrator is a relatively mature product in the market currently , and it is ap-plied in various transformer substations and various power supply departments .These departments need to use electric energy meter field calibrator to calibrate error of electric energy meter , besides, they need an instrument to measure secondary voltage drop of PT, what’s more, they also need to measure secondary load of PT and CT .However, tradi-tional field calibrator does not have these functions , thus, special PT secondary voltage drop meter needs to be pur-chased for measurement .In this paper , an instrument is designed which can integrate electric energy meter field cali-brator and PT secondary voltage drop meter together , which can not only save social resources , simplify work links of staff of power supply departments , but also improve work efficiency , thus, it has very important social significance and economic value .As it is proven in practice that the design of electric energy meter and PT secondary voltage drop comprehensive tester is feasible , and has obtained the approval of users .
