摘  要:电网友好型智能家庭用电不仅要考虑居民需求,而且要满足电网的可靠稳定运行,把电网侧与用户侧紧密地联系在一起,营造一个协调的用电环境。通过分析构建一种用于优化家庭电器的智能用电管理系统,阐述了此系统的各部分组成以及对电网所起到的积极作用。以电网和储能电池为供电电源,以尽可能减少电费支出和对电网削峰填谷起到积极作用为目的,基于峰谷分时电价和用户用电特性建立实时的优化控制模型,并以上海居民为例进行计算分析,得到了比较满意的结果。Grid-friendly smart home power utilization should not only take residents ’ needs into account , but also meet the power grid ’ s demand for reliable and stable operation so that the power side and the user side can be closely linked with each other to create a coherent electricity environment .Based on this analysis , this paper constructed an intelligent power management system for optimizing household appliances , and explained the various parts of the sys-tem and the positive part that they played in the grid .With the grid and batteries as the power supply , a real-time op-timal control model , which was based on the peak-valley electricity price and users ’ power utilization characteristics , was built in order to reduce the electricity costs and play an active role in peak load shifting .Calculation and analysis were made with Shanghai residents as the sample , and some satisfactory results were obtained .
