放煤工作面支架姿态记忆控制方法研究

摘　　要：提出了一种应用于放煤工作面的支架姿态记忆控制方法。该方法主要用于放煤支架的尾梁和插板在放煤过程中的姿态控制,液压支架控制系统通过学习记录人工操作支架的动作序列和特定姿态下的传感器值,能够自动再现支架动作的序列,展现每个阶段的支架姿态位置,实现支架的姿态记忆控制。The paper proposed a memory control method for shield postures used in top coal caving mining face. The method was applied to control the tail and flashboard of the shield. The control system of hydraulic shield could react action sequence according to the record of manual operation and the sensors record, which could reappear the postures of shield.
