摘  要:螺旋钻机的输出转速高于普通钻机,为了完成螺旋钻机的负载试验,需要建立起相应的试验系统。螺旋钻机试验系统采用全液压模拟负载,通过传感器及计算机软件进行数据采集和加载控制,实现螺旋钻机的性能测试。试验表明,该试验系统测试数据全面、准确,自动化程度较高,可满足螺旋钻机负载性能试验的需要。The output rotation speed of spiral drill rig is far higher than that of the ordinary drilling machine. We developed a testing system to measure the load ability of the Spiral drill rig. In the experiments, the hydraulic pressure acted as load which was be controlled by manual or computer program ,the data were processed and become available by sensors and computer. Experimental results show that such a system not only can gained complete and accurate data but also has high degree of automation, which can meet the requirement of the load test for product.
