摘  要:按照平面应力状态,运用弹塑性理论确定2-1、2-2煤层属于极近距离煤层,2-1煤层开采影响必将导致2-2煤层顶板产生大变形甚至破坏,极易离层、冒顶、漏顶,因此选择两柱掩护式液压支架并设计合理支架结构形式,增强顶梁前端支护力,提高支架对破碎不稳定顶板的适应性。上层留设煤柱在底板中形成应力集中区,通过理论计算确定液压支架的工作阻力,并通过FLAC3D数值模拟,得到液压支架不同工作阻力与顶板下沉量的"F-ΔL"曲线。According to the state of plane stress, using elastic and plastic theory to determine 2^-1,2^-2 coal seam belongs to very close distance coal seam. due to the impact of 2^-1 coal mining,2^-2 seam roof generate large deformation or even destruction, easy to occur separation, roof collapse, roof leakage, so Select two-column standing shield hydraulic support and designed reasonable form of support structure, to enhance the front top beams supporting force, improve the adaptability of the hydraulic support on the unstable roof. Upper pillar form stress concentration area in the floor ,by theoretical calculations to determine the working resistance of hydraulic support, and by numerical simulation FLAC3D, get "F- △L" curve of the hydraulic support resistance and roof subsidence.
