摘　　要：针对带式输送机系统运行时可能出现的问题,采用故障树分析法进行全面分析,研究故障产生的原因及失效机理,对事故因素之间的关系做出定性定量评价,从设计及运行维护等方面采取针对性措施,提高带式输送机运行管理水平,保障带式输送机安全运行。Aiming at the accidents of belt conveyor problems that may occur while the system is running, and fault tree analysis was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of research causes of failures and failure mechanisms, accident factors make the relationship between the qualitative and quantitative evaluation, design and operation and maintenance areas to take targeted measures to improve management level of belt conveyor running and ensure safe operation of belt conveyor.
