摘  要:研发一种钛合金阳极氧化的活化工艺配方,钛合金TC4在氢氧化钠、葡萄糖酸钠和三乙醇胺为主要组分,肟类去氧剂为添加剂的活化液中活化后,进行阳极氧化。利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、划格法以及活化液的承载量评定氧化膜的均匀性、成分、与漆膜的结合力以及活化液稳定性等性能。结果表明,采用该活化液,在工作θ为95~100℃、t为30 min,对TC4进行活化后阳极氧化得到的氧化膜层均匀、结构致密,与漆膜结合力好,活化液稳定性优于双氧水活化液。In this paper,An activation process recipe of titanium alloy anodizing was developed.,TC4 titanium alloy was anodized after activated in the activating solution which using sodium hydroxide,sodium gluconate and triethanolamine as main components and using oxime oxygen scavenger as additives. Uniformity,composition and banding force with paint film of the oxide film,stability of the activating solution and etc. were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,cross-hatch method and activating solution loading. Results showed that after the TC4 titanium alloy was activated in this activating solution at 95 ~ 100℃ for 30 minutes,the oxide film obtained was uniform,with compact structure and good binding force. So the stability of this activating solution was better than that of hydrogen peroxide activating solution.
