摘  要:采用水性丙烯酸酯乳液与水性环氧树脂乳液复合作为有机成膜物,季戊四醇、三聚氰胺、聚磷酸铵作为膨胀防火材料,添加纳米氢氧化铝、陶瓷空心微珠、二氧化钛等无机填料,并加入部分助剂,制备成有机-无机复合型纳米隔热防火涂料。通过小室燃烧法、酒精喷灯燃烧法、热重等技术手段对防火涂料的各方面性能进行测试。结果表明:用正交优化工艺制备的防火涂料,具有较好的热稳定性,受热膨胀倍率达到14.6,炭层密实,泡沫均匀。纳米Al(OH)3的加入量为6%时,能有效提高防火涂料的阻燃性,加入陶瓷空心微珠增加了防火涂层隔热性。该防火涂料的特点是:不但防火性能好、不污染环境、装饰效果好、适用范围广,而且隔热保温,达到饰面防火涂料标准要求。A series of composite nano coatings with fire-retardant and heat insulation are prepared in the mixture of waterborne acrylate emulsion and waterborne epoxy resin emulsion. During the preparation of nano coatings,pentaerythritol,melamine and ammonium polyphosphate are used as expansion flame retardant,and nanometer aluminium hydroxide,ceramic cenosphere,titanium dioxide are used as inorganic filler. In addition, some additives also are added in mixture solvent. The performances of the coatings are tested by the technical methods of small chamber combustion,the alcohol burner combustion and thermogravimetric( tg) etc. The results show that the coatings prepared by orthogonal experiment has high thermal stability,the thermal expansion can reach 14. 6,the carbon layer is close-grained,and the bubble is uniform. Furthermore,the flame retardant performance is improved by adding 6% nanometer aluminum hydroxide,and the performance of heat insulation is improved by adding ceramic hollow microsphere. At last,the coatings not only owns excellent fire prevention performance and adornment effect, but also environmental friendly, used widely, and heat insulation, which reaches the requirements of decorative fire- retardant coatings standard.
