摘 要:对轮对失圆客车的车体加速度以及车辆运行品质动态监测系统(TPDS)的相应监测结果进行了综合分析,在明确可以参照车辆振动相关标准制定TPDS客车运用限度以实现轮对状态监控的同时,分析了采用加速度监测轮对状态的可行性及局限性。目前,基于TPDS的客车轮对状态控制已经取得一定成效,在此基础上提出了以TPDS为主体、加速度监测为补充的体系,以高效、经济地实现客车轮对状态的全监控。The carbody acceleration of passenger cars with out-of-round wheelsets and the relevant monitoring results of the TPDS are analyzed comprehensively.It is clarified that the TPDS passenger car operation limit can be set up with reference to corresponding standards of vehicle vibration so as to realize the monitoring of wheelset conditions.In the mean time,the feasibility and limitations of using acceleration to monitor wheelset conditions are analyzed.At present,certain achievements have been obtained in the control of passenger car wheelset conditions,on this basis,the system with TPDS as the main part and acceleration monitoring as the complementary part is proposed so as to realize the full monitoring of the passenger car wheelset conditions efficiently and economically.
