摘 要:黄陵煤泥的灰成分以Si O2、Al2O3为主,这些组分正是合成分子筛的原料。将煤泥经过煅烧活化、酸浸除铁、碱熔预处理后,采用水热合成的方法制备13X型分子筛。通过单因素实验确定了水热合成的最佳工艺条件为:老化时间16 h,晶化温度100℃,晶化时间10 h。自制分子筛的XRD和SEM分析表明,最佳工艺条件下制备的13X分子筛,纯度较高,并且晶型完整,轮廓清晰,且表面有花纹,颗粒大小均匀,尺寸在5μm左右。The chemical components of Huangling coal slime were mainly SiO2 and Al2O3, these components were just the materials to prepare molecular sieve. After the coal slime was pre-treated by calcination, acid leaching for removing iron, and alkali fusion, the method of hydrothermal synthesis was adopted to prepare 13X molecular sieve. The optimum process conditions of the synthesis of water heat were determined by single factor experiment: the aging time was 16 h, the crystallization temperature was 100℃, the crystallization time was 10 h. The XRD and SEM analyses showed that the self-prepared 13X molecular sieve with high purity had complete crystal shape and clear outline, its surface had patterns and the particle size was uniform and about 5 μm.
