摘  要:四川某地花岗岩板材加工废料中主要矿物为长石、石英及黑云母,采用磁选去除黑云母等含铁质矿物,并对磁选尾矿(即低铁原矿)进行HF预处理。经脱氟处理后,以H2SO4作为调整剂,十二胺作为捕收剂进行了长石和石英的浮选分离试验,其中经脱氟处理分离出的含有大量氟离子的废水返回HF预处理阶段循环使用,浮选后长石和石英脱出的浮选废水返回到浮选阶段循环使用。本试验探索了HF用量和预处理时间对长石和石英浮选分离影响等条件试验,在条件试验的基础上,进行了长石浮选开路试验。结果表明,通过HF预处理长石浮选开路试验,获得了K2O、Na2O合量分别为10.66%、9.12%的长石精矿和长石中矿,Si O2含量为99.11%的石英精矿,不仅实现了长石和石英的有效分离,而且解决了含氟废水对环境造成的污染问题,达到综合利用花岗岩板材加工废料的目的。To the processing waste of granite (Sichuan province in China), the main minerals are feldspar, quartz, and biotite. Biotite and other minerals containing iron are removed by magnetic separation and the magnetic tailings (low iron content materials) used hydrofluoric acid as a pretreatment activator. The flotation of feldspar and quartz using dodecylamine as the collector and H2SO4 as the regulator were investigated after defluorination process. High-fluorine content wastewater obtained by defluorination process is returned to the step of hydrofluoric acid pretreatment for circulation. The flotation wastewater obtained by dehydrating feldspar and quartz after flotation is returned to the step of flotation for circulation. The effects of the hydrofluoric acid dosage and pretreatment time have been investigated. The open-flow experiment of the feldspar flotation was determined on the basis of condition experiment. The results show that the flotation experiment by hydrofluoric acid pretreatment, the feldspar concentrate with the grade of 10.66% of K2O+Na2O3 the feldspar middling with the grade of 9.12% of K2O+Na2O3 and the quartz concentrate with the grade of 99.11% were obtained. This pretreatment method achieved the effective separation of feldspar and quartz, solved the problem of environmental pollution by the wastewater of fluorine and achieved the comprehensive utilization of the processing waste of granite.
