摘 要:采用永磁强磁选-酸浸工艺对普通级石英砂进行排杂提纯实验,研究了矿粉细度、磁感应强度、酸液浓度和浸泡时间对石英砂提纯效果的影响,从而得到提纯效果最佳的条件参数。结果表明:矿粉细度和磁感应强度是石英砂磁选的主要影响因素,磁选后石英砂Si O2纯度可达到99.9%,Fe含量为0.013%;常温下,酸液浓度和浸泡时间是石英砂酸浸的主要影响因素,酸浸后石英砂Si O2纯度可达到99.99%,Fe含量为0.0004%,经该工艺处理后的石英砂已达到超高纯石英砂级别。General level silica sand was purified by permanent strong magnetic separation and acid leaching. Effects of slag fineness, magnetic field intensity, acid concentration and immersion time on silica sand purification were studied to obtain the best conditional parameters. The results show that particle size and magnetic field intensity are main factors in effecting the magnetic separation of silica sand. SiO2 purity can reach 99.9% and Fe content is 0.013% after dry magnetic separation. At room temperature, acid concentration and immersion time are main factors in effecting the acid leaching of silica sand. SiO2 purity can reach 99.99% and Fe content is 0.0004% after acid leaching. After this process, silica sand has reached the ultra- pure level.
