摘 要:以河南地区石英型萤石矿和方解石型萤石矿为研究对象,进行一段磨矿-中矿顺序返回、二段磨矿-粗精矿再磨和二段磨矿-高品位中矿再磨等不同分选工艺的对比试验研究。结果表明,石英型萤石矿宜采用二段磨矿-高品位中矿再磨工艺,既使得粗磨条件下富连生体颗粒得到解离,又减弱了已经解离的萤石颗粒被进一步过粉碎。石英型原矿经过分选后能获得Ca F2品位为97.12%,回收率为91.10%的精矿产品。方解石型萤石矿宜采用一段磨矿、中矿顺序返回工艺,避免了方解石因再磨过粉碎后在精选过程中积累循环后恶化分选指标。方解石型原矿分选后,可获得Ca F2品位和回收率分别为97.60%和85.01%的精矿产品,其中Ca CO3品位为0.59%。Comparation of flotation test between quartz-fluorite ore and calcite-fluorite ore in Henan was studied, using flotation processes of "one stage grinding-middling recirculation", "two stage grinding-rough concentrate regrinding" and "two stage grinding-high grade middling regrinding". Process of "two stage grinding-high grade middling regrinding" was adapted preferably for quartz-fluorite ore, in which rich locked particles were liberated well, while over grinding of liberated fluorite particles was weakened. The quartz-fluorite concentrate with a grade of 97.12% and a recovery of 91.10% was obtained. Process of"one stage grinding-middling recirculation" was adapted preferably for calcite -fluorite ore, in which the phenomenon was avoided that calcite particles were over ground and accumulated in concentrating process to deteriorate separation indexes. The calcite-fluorite concentrate with a grade of 97.60% and a recovery of 85.01% was obtained, and the grade of CaCO3 was 0.59%.
