摘 要:本文旨在探索能作为抗菌纸材料的优良品种。以纳米TiO2和实验室自制羧甲基壳聚糖为抗菌剂,制备了纳米TiO2/羧甲基壳聚糖复合涂料。利用FTIR对制备的羧甲基壳聚糖和复合涂料的基本结构进行了表征,并用MDS倒置金相显微镜对抗菌纸抗菌作用后的培养基形貌进行表征,对涂布抗菌纸的抗菌性能进行了研究。结果表明,纳米TiO2的加入能够提高羧甲基壳聚糖涂布抗菌纸的抑菌活性,而且当纳米TiO2和羧甲基壳聚糖的质量比为1.5∶1时,其涂料涂布后的抗菌纸抗菌率较高,达到86.5%。因此纳米TiO2和羧甲基壳聚糖二者互配可以作为抗菌纸的优良材料。This paper aims to explore the good species used as antibacterial materials in antibacterial paper. Using nano-TiO2 and self-made carboxymethyl chitosan as the antimicrobial agent, the nano-TiO2/carboxymethyl chitosan compounded coating has been made. The basic structure of the self-made carboxymethyl chitosan and compouded coatings were characterized by FTIR. The morphology of the nutrient medium inlfuenced by the antibacterial effect of antibacterial paper were characterized by the MDS inverted microscope. The antibacterial properties of coated paper were studied. The results showed that the addition of nano-TiO2 can improve the antibacterial activity of antibacterial paper coated by carboxymethyl chitosan, furthermore, when the ratio of nanometer TiO2 and carboxymethyl chitosan is 1.5 to 1, the antibacterial rate of the coated antibacterial paper will be higher, reaching 86.5%. Therefore, nano-TiO2 and carboxymethyl chitosan matched mutually can be used as good materials in antibacterial paper.
