摘 要:为提高TQLZ型振动清理筛的可靠性,采用有限单元法对其动态特性进行了研究。由于该型号振动清理筛结构复杂,直接建模比较困难,因此先利用Solid Works 2012建立其三维几何模型,再将其导入ANSYS Workbench 13.0中,以建立合理的有限元模型;在对其接触关系和边界条件进行合理处理后,进行谐响应分析数值求解。结果表明:(1)该振动清理筛的动强度是达标的,且还有较大的优化空间;(2)该振动清理筛的振幅完全符合设计指标;(3)该振动清理筛在工作过程中不会发生谐响应共振现象。To improve the reliability of the TQLZ vibration separator, its dynamic characteristic was studied based on the finite element method. Due to the complexity of the structure for the vibration separator, direct modeling was difficult. The 3D geometric model of the vibration separator, which was constructed by Solid Works 2012, was imported into ANSYS Workbench 13. 0 to reasonably and efficiently establish its finite element model. After the contact relations and the boundary conditions were treated reasonably, the harmonic response analysis was solved numerically. The results showed that: the dynamic strength was up to standard, and there were larger optimization space;the amplitude fully met the design requirement;there were no harmonic response resonance phenomenon in the working process.
