摘 要:试验钢(/%:0.22C,1.46~1.66Mn,0.45~0.58Si,0.011~0.013S,0.010~0.012P,0.014~0.047V,0.040~0.044N)由真空感应炉冶炼,浇铸成10 kg锭,锻成25 mm×25 mm坯,并进行870℃40 min空冷热处理,经180天自然时效后,观察该钢的组织和测试其力学性能。结果表明,自然时效后高氮20MnSi螺纹钢晶粒变细小,晶粒尺寸为0.8~6μm,带状组织消失,因V(CN)析出,钢的屈服强度提高25~93 MPa,抗拉强度提高17~157 MPa,伸长率由9%~15%提高至26.0%~31.5%,并且自然时效后试验钢的脆性区消失。The structure and mechanical properties of test steel(/%:0.22 C,1.46 ~ 1.66 Mn,0.45 ~ 0.58 Si,0.011~0.013 S,0.010~0.012 P,0.014~0.047 V,0.040 ~0.044N) melted by vacuum induction furnace cast to 10 kg ingot,forged to 25 mm ×25 mm billet,heat-treated at 870 ℃ for 40 min,air cooling and natural aged for 180 days are observed and tested.Results show that after natural ageing the grains in high nitrogen steel 20 MnSi is fined with grain diameter 0.8 ~6 μm and banded structure disappearing,due to V(CN) precipitation its yield strength increases by 25~93MPa,tensile strength increases by 17 ~ 157 MPa,elongation increases from original 9%~ 15%to 26.0%~31.5%;and after natural ageing the brittlement zone in test steel disappears.
