摘　　要：以某商用汽车为研究对象,对汽车空调手动控制器旋钮手感不适的原因进行分析,并对改进该不适提供了整改措施。经过市场装车验证,改进后的汽车空调在售后服务和索赔方面大大减小,提高了该空调系统的稳定性和可靠性,赢得了市场声誉。aking a commercial vehicle as the study object, the reasons causing bad tactile impression of automobile A/C controller knob are analyzed and the improvement measures are provided. Through load verification, this A/C is improved in stability and reliability, reduced in after-sale service and damage claim, and has won the market reputation.
