摘 要:讨论二甲醚介质引起有机材质性能变化的预测方法。根据材质使用要求选择定性参数,按标准要求测定所选定性参数,将所测数据按动力学方程积分式进行回归,用回归相关系数最接近1的方法确定溶解腐蚀过程时间指数,计算不同温度下的有机材质溶解腐蚀过程速度常数,利用阿累尼乌斯定律进行处理得到溶解腐蚀速度常数指前因子和表观活化能,进而得出等效温度下的溶解腐蚀过程速度常数,最终估算材质达到所要求定性参数限定值时的使用时间。基于该方法和丁腈橡胶有机材质的溶解腐蚀数据进行了材质性能设定退化程度的使用时间估算。The method for predicting the change in organic material performance caused by dimethyl e- ther medium is discussed. The qualitative parameters are chosen according to the use requirements of materi- al, and the selected qualitative parameters are deter- mined according to the standard requirements. The de- termined data are regressed according to the integral formula for the dynamic equation, and the method with regression correlation coefficient closest to 1 is used to determine the time index of the dissolved corrosion process. The dissolved corrosion rate constants of or- ganic material at different temperatures are calculated. The Arrhenius law is used to determine the pre-expo- nential factor and apparent activation energy of dis- solved corrosion rate constants, thus the dissolved cor- rosion rate constants are derived at equivalent tempera- ture. The use time for material to reach the required limit value of the qualitative parameters is estimated. Based on the above method and the dissolved corrosion data of nitrile rubber, the of degradation of organic use time for setting the degree material is estimated.
