摘 要:以原位插层法和超临界CO2法合成了顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料,有机蒙脱土以剥层形态均匀地分散于聚丁二烯基体中,且有机蒙脱土的加入并没有改变聚丁二烯的微观结构,顺式结构摩尔分数高达95%以上。Different from conventioual composites, polymer/clay nanocompos- ites (NCs) had special lamellar structures and morphologies, and at- tracted great atlention of industry and science[1] fur their excellent properties. Pulymer/clay NCs were prepared by macromolecule inter- action method [2] and in situ polymerization method[3]. In this re- search, cis-1 ,4-polybutadieue rubber (ris-1 ,4-PB) /organic montmo- rillonite (OMMT, modified by eetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide ) composites were prepared hy supereritical fluid (SCF) proeessing with CO2 and iu situ coordination polymerization of butadiene ( Bd ) with Ni-base catalyst system. In the SCF CO2 procedure, the cis-1,4-PB was dispersed hy mechanical force in the highly compressed CO2. And in situ polymerization reaction was carried out fur 6 h at 60℃. The OMMT was injected into the reactor in I min after nickel naphthenate- triisobutyl aluminum catalyst was injected into the reactor.
