摘 要:有机锡具有毒性作用,其引起的环境问题日益受到人们的关注.但由于有机锡种类繁多、性质复杂,分析过程存在较大困难.本文概述了近年来国内外有机锡分析方法的研究现状,介绍了从水、沉积物、生物等环境介质中提取富集、衍生化、净化有机锡的多种方法,其中水样的富集提取以固相萃取或固相微萃取为主,沉积物样和生物样以超声波萃取或微波萃取为主.同时重点介绍了气相色谱联用技术、高效液相色谱联用技术等分析测定方法.最后,对未来有机锡分析方法的发展趋势做出了展望.Organotin have caused more and more serious environmental problems due to their biological toxicity. However, because of the variety and complexity of organotin, analysis process of organotin from complex environmental matrices is very challenging. This article briefly introduces the current development of analytical methods for organotin, and several ways to extract, derive, purify organotin from water, sediment, organism and other environmental matrices, of which solid phase extraction and solid-phase microextraction are usually used in water samples, while ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction in sediment samples and biological samples. In addition, detection techniques are especially introduced, including gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and so on. At last, the development trend of organotin analysis in the future is discussed.
