斜线超滤模式联合生脉胶囊治疗低血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉胶囊联合斜线超滤模式治疗气阴两虚患者透析相关性低血压的疗效。方法:选取30例气阴两虚的透析相关性低血压患者为研究对象,分为直线超滤组和斜线超滤模式联合生脉胶囊组各15例,比较两组平均收缩压、平均舒张压改变情况和疗效。结果:斜线超滤模式联合生脉胶囊组患者平均收缩压、平均舒张压优于直线超滤组,斜线超滤模式联合生脉胶囊组的总有效率均优于直线超滤组(P<0.05)。结论:斜线超滤模式联合生脉胶囊治疗气阴两虚透析患者,可以达到升压稳压作用,可减少低血压的发生。Objective Observation curative effect of Shengmai Capsule and oblique line ultrafiltration profiling treatment intradiayt-ic hypotension t.Method The 30 maintenance hemodialysis patients with differentiation for deficiency Qi and Yin,from 2012.1 to 2014.2,which was divided into two groups.15 cases treat with straight line ultrafiltration profiling.Another 15 cases treat with ob-lique line ultrafiltration profiling and Shengmai Capsule.Result The average systolic blood pressure、average diastolic blood pressure of oblique line ultrafiltration profiling and Shengmai Capsule group were better than straight line ultrafiltration profiling group,total ef-fective rate of intradiaytic hypotension of oblique line ultrafiltration profiling and Shengmai Capsule group were better than straight line ultrafiltration profiling group,P ＆lt;0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The Shengmai Capsule and oblique line ultrafiltration treatment hemodialysis patients,which should stable blood pressure,which should decrease intradiaytic hypoten-sion.
