摘  要:在小型固定床吸附试验台上开展了黏胶基活性炭纤维吸附SO2和NO的实验研究,考察样品在N2和O2气氛下单独吸附SO2和NO及NO吸附暂态反应与联合吸附的区别,结合傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、程序升温脱附试验(TPD)分析吸附前后活性炭纤维表面官能团的变化及吸附强度,以此探讨活性炭纤维联合脱硫脱硝的机理。结果表明:氮气气氛下吸附态SO2和NO被活性炭纤维表面含氧官能团氧化。O2气氛下吸附SO2实验过程中,活性炭纤维表面部分含氮官能团被O2氧化为亚硝基基团,此基团为SO2的吸附提供活性位;O2气氛下吸附NO实验过程中,吸附态NO被氧化为—NO3官能团;联合吸附过程中,吸附态的NO在O2气氛下被氧化为—NO2、—NO3基团,吸附态NO被氧化为—NO2和—NO3形式,SO2与此含氮官能团形成络合物,络合过程中—NO2、—NO3基团被还原并释放出NO和NO2气体,吸附态的SO2被氧化为高价氧化态S形式。Removal of SO2 and NO by viscose base activated carbon fibers were carried out on a fixed-bed adsorption reactor. The change of surface functional groups and adsorption strength before and after the individual and simultaneous adsorption of SO2 and NO in N2/O2, respectively, were investigated by using FTIR and TPD. Results show that both of the adsorbed SO2 and NO can be oxidized by the oxygen-containing functional groups in N2. In O2, part of the nitrogen-containing functional groups is oxidized into nitroso which provides SO2 adsorption sites in separate adsorption SO2 process. Whereas, —NO3 is detected on the surface of the activated carbon fibers in adsorption NO process. In the process of simultaneous adsorption SO2 and NO, adsorbed NO is oxidized to —NO2 and —NO3 which provide adsorption sites for SO2. Adsorbed SO2 is oxidized to higher valance sulfur in oxidized form by —NO2 and —NO3 while these nitrogen-containing functional groups were restored.
