“柏拉图”分析法在静脉药物配置中心内差件数中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨"柏拉图"分析法在静脉药物配置中心内差件数中的应用。方法将"柏拉图"分析法应用到降低静脉药物配置中心内差中,分析找出造成内差的原因,制定相应的对策并实施,同时评估效果。结果内差由原来的平均每周27.5件降至16.25件,方法收到良好效果。结论柏拉图分析法便于药学工作者从错综复杂的工作中一针见血地的找到问题的关键,对提高药学服务质量、开展持续优质服务提供了改进的可靠依据。OBJECTIVE To Investigate the application of Plato Analysis Method in reducing the number of in-tra-variance of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service.METHODS Plato Analysis Method was applied in reduc-ing the number of intra-variance of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service,and the causes accountable for the in-tra-variance of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service were analyzed to work out the responsible measure,together with implementation and activity effect evaluation.RESULTS The number of intra-variance of Pharmacy Intrave-nous Admixture Service dropped from 27.5 to 16.25,thus a favorable efficacy has been achieved.CONCLUSION The result showed Plato analysis method could help pharmacy supervisor find out the key factor from complicated pharmaceutical problems immediately and could be practical significance to improve pharmaceutical care quality and reduced the number of intra-variance of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service,ensured clinical safety and effec-tive drug using.
