白山发电厂5号水轮发电机技术改造浅析

摘　　要：针对白山发电厂5号水轮发电机在运行中出现的定子铁心叠片松动、定子线棒绝缘老化、转子绝缘质量下降、转子支架出现裂纹等问题,系统分析了问题出现的原因和可能造成的危害,提出了水轮发电机可行性的改造方案,为国内其它水电站的技术更新改造、建设管理提供参考。For the problems such as stator core laminations become less crowded ,stator insulation gradually aging,the insulation quality of rotor gradually become worse,spider cracks arising during the 5th hydrogenera-tor’s operation in Baishan power plant,this paper systematically analyzes the causes and the harm,and put forwards the renovation program,which provides a reference for the technical renovation and construction man-agement in other domestic power plants.
