摘　　要：基于非正式体育组织在社会发展、政治变革及体育工作重心调整后在群众体育行为中的重要作用,对其内涵与成因、作用及表现、引导和规范进行研究。认为非正式体育组织的作用主要表现为对群众体育的带动、技术指导、信息传递等方面。针对其可能产生的消极效应,政府需在思想品德培养、知识能力培育、目标及行为方式审核、资源配置及监管等方面加强对非正式体育组织的引导和规范。Based on the important role of informal sports organizations in the mass sports in the social development, political transformation and after the adjustment of sports work focus, this paper studies its connotation and cause of formation, function and performance, guidance and standardization. It proposes that the functions of informal sports organizations mainly lie in.. bringing along the development of mass sports; technical guidance; information transfer. In view of the potential negative effects, the government should strengthen guidance and standardization of informal sports organizations in terms of ideological and moral education, knowledge and ability cultivation, verification of target and behavioral patterns, recourses allocation and regulation.
