摘　　要：为提高城市社区体育公共服务公众的满意度,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,从公众服务的视角构建社区体育服务的理论框架,根据公众满意度的形成机理构建了包括9个潜在变量和25个可测变量的社区体育公共服务公众满意度测评模型,并进一步阐释了该测评模型的内涵,探讨了其影响因素。In order to improve the public sports service satisfaction in urban community, this paper uses methods ot literature re- view, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, constructs a theoretical framework of community sports serv- ice from the viewpoint of public service, and then proposes a test model of the public sports service satisfaction in urban commu- nity, which includes nine potential variables and twenty five testable variables according to the forming mechanism of public sat- isfaction, and further expounds the connotation of the test model, discusses the influencing factors.
