现代五项运动国际发展特征及我国运动员曹忠荣成绩表现研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法和个案分析法,对世界现代五项各项赛事奖牌获得者国籍、隶属大洲分布、运动员成绩表现特征以及中国运动员曹忠荣在各项赛事上的成绩特征、竞技能力表现特征进行统计和分析。提出中国现代五项运动员的训练目标为:均衡发展各单项;充分发挥运动员技术、心理、战术能力优势,重点加强击剑、马术、射击单项训练;寻求游泳项目进一步突破;更新训练理念、创新训练方法与手段、培养运动员吃苦耐劳、勇于拼搏的精神,力求取得跑步单项突破。Literature data method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, case analysis were used to statistically anatyze the nationality, subordinated continents distribution, characteristics of pentathletes＇ performances, and the characteristics of Can Zhongrong＇s athletic performance and of his athletic ability in various competitions. Based on the above analysis, proper training objectives for the Chinese pentathletes were established： to balance the development of each individual event; take full advantages of the technical; psychological and tactical ability of the pentathletes; to enhance the training of fencing, equestrian- ism and shooting as a focus; to make the further improvement in swimming; to update the training philosophy; to innovate the training methods and approaches; to cultivate the spirit of courage and hard work of pentathletes; to gain a breakthrough in the running event.
