摘 要:目的优化结核专科医院住院病人入院服务模式,提高护理安全性及患者对护理工作的满意度。方法从2013年下半年我科对办理入院服务模式进行优化,选取2014年1至12月在我科办理入院手续的结核病人3 612例作为实验组,选取2013年1至12月未开展优化入院流程服务模式的3 456例作为对照组,比较两组护理缺陷发生率及护理满意度。结果实验组各项护理缺陷发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优化入院护理模式可有效降低护理缺陷的发生率,提高护理工作安全性及患者的护理满意度。Objective To optimize the service mode of check-in of tuberculosis hospital, and to improve the nursing safety and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing. Methods 3 612 tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 after optimization of service mode of check-in were selected as experimental group, and 3 456 tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 before optimization of service mode of check in were selected as control group. The nursing defects and patients' satisfaction degrees to nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of nursing defects of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05), and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusions The optimization of service mode of check-in can reduce the incidence of nursing defects, and improve nursing safety and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing.
